Bubba Vegan

This article/interview on Bill Clinton’s veganism is really worth taking a moment to absorb. For many young people today–and, just so you know, I think people in their 40s are still young!–the thought of ever having diet-related health problems remains far fetched, especially for those in good shape. Clinton’s trajectory warns against such thinking. Even more instructive, his decision, after several dietary “improvements,” to go whole hog vegan and, in turn, see such immediate benefits, is inspiring.
