Reason to Go Vegan: #1

It’s empowering. You control your health; you contribute to the health of the planet; you say NO to all forms of food production that are environmentally and morally unsound. Once you make the leap–and really, it’s not that huge of a leap–you will see the world differently. Over and over again you will say to yourself, how did I EVER eat they way I once did. And, I promise, you will feel very good about this. So many of us are fed-up with the food churned out by big food corporations. There is nothing more direct or more powerful that you can do than go vegan. Start today, one meal at at time.
